About the Class
Spend a fun filled craft session making your very own fused Glass Lantern.
In this 3-hr session, you will design and make 4 fused glass panels to fit into a unique lantern.
In our workshop, you will learn about the art and craft of fused glass - the melting glass together to form an art piece.
Create four Fused panels to fit into the sides of your lantern from a selection colorful glass frit, dots, noodles and stringers. Your unique artistic flair is unleashed as you create your custom design and will surely bring a smile to your face every time you look at your lamp. Follow the examples or be inspired by your own creativity.
Place and light your favorite votive candle for a magical colorful light show. (Candle not provided).
The class cost includes instruction, and all the materials to make your Fused Glass Lantern
Each Fused glass Lantern measures approximately 11" in height.
As fused glass projects need to be fired in a kiln, a process that can take up to 16 hours, your creations will be fired and assembled into your lamp after your session and available for pick up at our studio approximately one week after your workshop date.
No experience in stained glass is necessary. This project is suitable for younger artists. Children over the age of 12 are welcome to participate.
Our qualified instructors will lead you through your creative experience.

Cancellation Policy
Workshops cancelled with 14 or more days' notice before the workshop date can receive a refund minus 25%. We unfortunately cannot issue refunds with 13 days or less notice. Please check your calendar carefully before booking.
