Our 2021 Rooster Rosé showcases Cabernet Franc grapes sourced from the historic Backus family vineyard est. 1851.

"Rooster" exudes distinct aromas of strawberry, cherry and red pepper flakes. Extended time on the skins and barrel aging give this dark Rosé moderate tannins and bold "Cocky" flavours of juicy berry fruit and grenadine notes. Pairs well with soft cheeses, charcuterie and grilled meats.
