2020 Riesling/Seyval Blanc

This balanced, refreshing dual varietal blend presents as a Riesling to start, expressing the natural flavour profiles of apple, apricot, peach, and pear, with a distinctly floral aroma. The Seyval Blanc then unfolds on the palate with a crisp finish and racy acidity, displaying citrus and green apple.

2020 Maréchal Foch

Exudes rich aromas of cherry, tobacco, and hints of coffee. Aging in neutral French Oak yields smooth, dry tannins and textbook Foch notes of spice, leather, and dark chocolate, with a smoky vanilla undertone. Unfined and unfiltered, this is a classy red that will pair beautifully with roasted red meat or robust aged cheeses.
